CDC’s NDEP Website Has Been Expanded—Featuring New & Improved Resources

Visit the redesigned and expanded CDC NDEP website to find NDEP toolkits and other resources to help you address diabetes in communities and include podiatrists, pharmacists, optometrists, and dentists in team care. The website features the newly expanded PPOD Toolkit and revised New Beginnings Guide along with Road to Heath, Tasty Recipes, Resources for Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islanders, and the Living a Balanced Life with Diabetes Toolkit resources. Explore Diabetes HealthSense

NDEP’s Diabetes HealthSense online resource can help you find resources to support people in their efforts to make and sustain healthy lifestyle changes – whether they have diabetes or not. One such resource included in Diabetes HealthSense is the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases’ booklet, What I Need to Know about Physical Activity and Diabetes which helps people with diabetes choose and begin a physical activity program and safely lead an active, healthy lifestyle.
