Better Choices, Better Health - Diabetes is a six-week online workshop teaches individuals with diabetes self-management skills and techniques to more effectively manage their diabetes, overcome challenges, and improve their health. The workshop provides tips and tools to create and track weekly plans to improve health; monitor blood sugar, food, medication, and exercise; and an outlet to discuss problems and solutions with other participants.
